I like the size of this steamer as I just needed something small for my treatment room. The kid is a bit fiddly to get off, a handle on the top would be easier, you have to be careful not to burn yourself when lifting it off.The things I like are that it doesn’t steam up the room too much, I have another larger steamer that steams up the whole room which is not really what I want. I used this for heating herbal poultices for my holistic facials. It would be good if there was a larger water capacity too as I would always have to refill it during one facial. Also it stopped working after 8 months of quite light use. So I now can’t use it at all and there doesn’t seem to be a way to contact the seller on here which is a shame. So I’m not sure id buy it again.

I've used this for hot facial towels about 10 times now and today realised it was cracking ALL OVER!There's no way to message the seller except here.

Great bit of kit for home spa, heats up really quickly and doesn't steam up the room too much, great for home facials and after shaving for both myself and my partner. Small enough not to take up too much room, not a bad price.

The steamer looks good and its a nice size i am haply with that it also has a quick delivery and it does everything it says so i am happy with this product.

This machine heats towels to a toasty hot within just 5 minutes, quite convenient for my busy mornings. Compared to using hot water to heat my towels, steamed towels are much more comfortable to use. I have sensitive skin that get irritated easily, especially after shaving. the even heat from the steamed towels is far less irritating and much more pleasant to use for my face skin.I've found this steamer also useful for sterilizing various items. I used it for my grooming tools, small fabric items, or even reusable face masks, all work well.
