I am beyond happy with my new pill cases. I decided to buy two so I could set up two weeks worth of my medications and vitamins at one time. I am permanently disabled and taking medication for my extremely messed up spine that I'm waiting for my 3rd back surgery for. I also have Fibromyalgia, anxiety/depression, OCD, ADHA, and PTSD. I have 9 daily medications that I take at different times so the 4 compartments on the daily cases are perfect. I also take 10 different vitamins, some like my calcium and magnesium are big pills and I take 2 at a time. I have no problem fitting all my medications and vitamins in the appropriate compartments. I love that I can pull out the days pill box from the case and set it on my night stand.The main reason why I bought this pill organizer was because my old one was getting worn down and compartment doors were not staying shut if the box was dropped. I have a menagerie of cats, mine and fosters, and they like to test gravity any chance they get! I've had my pill box dropped several times and it's not a pretty sight. I was afraid it would happen one day when I wasn't around and one of my more curious kitties might eat a pill or two. If I put my pill box away I forget to take my meds then. So this pill organizer is perfect! The outer case has a strong snapping lock for the lid and the separate pill containers inside are great to just set out the pill case for the day on a shelf on my bed stand that my cats can't get to and I can visually see to remind me to take the pills. The only thing better would be for it to have a alarm on it for me to set up the times I need to take my pills! I tried it with my phone but with my OCD 9 times out of 10 I will stop the alarm and then get distracted by a notification on my phone, then check my e-mail, then I'm scrolling Amazon for a new cat toy or book and poof I have forgotten to take my meds! So if a alarm was on the pill case I would have to pick up the pill case then I take my meds, easy peasy! LOLAnyways, I love this pill organizer and case and recommend it for everyone who has multiple medications and or vitamins, with or without cats! With cats is better ;) Rescue a cat, could save your life! Studies show petting a cat and having them purr while laying on you will help relax you and lower blood pressure!Try it, you'll thank me later!

Been taking about 40 pills a day since 2012 .... I have tried so many differnet pill organizers and this is the winner the 5 star favorite WHY ? because it works ! I actually take meds 6 times aday however one in an inhaler and one tablet i put in with the first morning and it works ! the individual times are large and the lids stay closed and are easy to open and the container aht holds all 7 days stays shut yet is easy to pen and Yes i have purchased more pill organizers than you can imagine i threw out 20 organizers two weeks ago the garbage won those ! and yes i have dropped the box and it does not opebn and does not spill !!!!!!!!!!!!!YAY YAY i have dropped the whole week previously and tried to figure out how to travel and they alwasy spilled before I bought this ! You can slip a list of meds and times under . The only thing better that this would be not needingto take any pills ! this is the best of any pill organizer .... oh yes did I mention this pill organizer works keeping the pills organized , not opening and spilling and the whole week in one container and It works it does the job and it is colorful oh and it works very well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you

I have a lot of meds I take and I have AM and PM meds. Due to this I needed something that helped me keep track of if I have taken my meds and also to separate my meds out for a month. I bought 2 of them and one is for AM and other is for PM meds. It is much easier to open up the boxes to put the meds in and to do it for the whole month essentially and then dividing out my medication has decreased exponentially and it much easier to grab a day of the weeks meds if I am on the run out or I can carry the entire med for AM meds to my office and not have to worry about anything falling out of the box. It makes it efficient and handy.Just advising it is a deep holder it holds a lot of meds and still has room to add more if needed.

Addendum to my original review: It’s now November 2021. This same pillbox is STILL in great shape! Boxes still close tightly as ever, printed labels are still quite legible, and I am still very satisfied with my purchase! I highly recommend this product. Original review: I bought this because I live in a very damp climate. My pills would get damp by day four in my old pillbox. This pillbox keeps my medication in pristine condition for seven days. It’s easy enough for me to open, though it might be harder for someone with bad arthritis. (But to be airtight, it has to have strong closures.) I never worry that the individual daily cases will fall open in my purse. I can fit a LOT of pills into each container! I also appreciate the cheerful, bright colors of the daily cases. It comes with a small set of tweezers, which I have found to be useful if I drop a pill into the wrong compartment. It also comes with a pill splitter, which is useful, but I think its blade is getting dull fairly quickly and I will need to replace it. But don’t let that keep you from purchasing this TRULY MOISTURE-PROOF pillbox! It is a excellent product and does exactly what it says it will do, and if you buy it, you’ll never have damp, crumbly pills again!

Only reason is not 5 stars is for the awkwardness of trying to fill it. Otherwise it is perfect size and in a very handy case. It holds all my daily rx meds and my vitamins and fishoil pills without being too bulky. Writing on each day is starting to wear off after about a month to 6 weeks but I take each day in my purse so it may rub off faster for me. Nice product.

I have tried many organizers But this one is by far the best! I take a number of supplements and I could never find a pill organizer that will hold all of themI The other great thing about this item is that it’s so sturdy. I dropped it the other day and absolutely nothing popped out. Great for traveling as you can remove the inner sections and put them in your purse or pocket. I highly recommend this organizer if you take supplements or just want a larger container.
