I bought these to match the Astro A40’s I bought, but it doesn’t even work on them or my A10’s. Now I have a random chord that doesn’t work.

Now the cable works just fine... but the in-line mute button... well that's a bit rough. It's so noisy when you press, it's not worth to use. Oh and it's hold to mute not press to activate. So I'll never use the mute again.

I was wearing headphones with this cord, went to turn my head while the wire is tangled in my chair and the force to turn my head was enough to cause it to fail at the volume switch.

So glad Amazon has these ! I didn’t want to replace yet another headset! Our foster cat had an obsession with the cord!
