Item works well, very pleased with it

I purchased this product on 19th May 2024 and last week the pulse operation to deter insects stopped working. As I've had the product for over 30 days Amazon have said to contact the manufacturers. I have tried various telephone numbers and email addresses and no one answers or the email addresses are unmanned. As no one appears interested my advice to anyone buying this product is DON'T.Tim

Product looks good, however the strap clasp comes undone very very easily, needs a better clasp.

It’s okay doesn’t seem to keep charged for long

Used it for one day - next day the strap became loose and fell off. Lost the watch

If you caught the strap it could come undone.But it seemed to do a good job of keeping the mosquitoes away as we did not get bitten.

As a stable girl will try anything to stop being bitten ….. or even trying to keep the bracelet on my wrist would of been nice …. Whilst I did have the bracelet on I got loads of mozzy bites ….. then lost the bracelet as the strap is a load of rubbish ….. so save your money go buy a bug spray it will last longer and less chance of getting bit. 🦟

I kept getting bitten by mosquitoes but didn’t want to use a spray for protection. This watch shows the time and, more importantly, emits an ultrasonic wave to repel them. There are three settings, two of which are audible to the human ear but the third is a high frequency which the mozzies don’t like and is inaudible. The strap is long enough to be used by children and adults. I haven’t had any more itchy and irritating bites since purchasing this item.
