Wow, just wow!Used a garden sprayer to spray over my patio and driveway, left it to sit for 15-30 minutes and brushed stubborn stains and the results are fantastic.Yes, it makes your patio smell like a swimming pool whilst spraying, but the results are great.Wish I had brought this years ago!

This stuff is a must for patios and pathways. It helps to clean the dirt off and kills weeds as part of the process.Just be careful if you plash it as it'll bleach anything!!

Excellent for getting black spots off the patio. I did use it straight for some of the tougher parts but has worked wonders. Our patio now looks as good as new

Used on my already pressure-washed patio to get rid of unsightly black lichen spots. First time I used it at 50:50 ratio with water in a pump sprayer on a wet patio, left it for an hour and then rinsed away. There are still a few black spots and some just faded to grey. Second area I used 2 parts sodium hypochlorite to one part water with a squirt of washing up liquid, again applied to a pre-rinsed patio using a pump sprayer. This has given a better result and I will use this ratio in future.The weeds in my patio turned white but the grass that edges the patio is fine, possibly because it was already soaked from wetting the patio, but I was also very careful to avoid spraying beyond the edge of the slabs. Best used on a cloudy, non-windy day to avoid overspray and drying out before it has had time to fully work.Only disappointment was that when it came time to reorder, the price had risen significantly in only 2 weeks. Cheaper if you buy a 20l container but I would struggle to lift that and pour from it safely. Delivery was prompt and only the weather prevented me using it earlier.
