Excellent Quality and Essential for Game Processing
The KNINE OUTDOORS Hunting Deer Knife Set is an excellent kit for anyone serious about hunting and game preparation. This set comes with everything you need for field dressing, and the quality really shows in both the knives and tools. On our first use of the season, this set made a huge difference and made the whole process much smoother. The set includes a gut-hook skinner, caping knife, bone saw, and a 2-step sharpener, all of which are very well-designed and sharp right out of the box. The blades are made from 7cr17mov steel, and you can really feel the durability and hardness from the heat-treated process they’ve undergone. The knives hold a great edge, and the included sharpener ensures you can quickly get them back to razor sharpness during or after use.The ergonomic handles are fantastic as well. The yellow camo color not only looks great but also provides a non-slip grip, which is super important when you're in the field and handling game. The balance between the handle and blade is spot-on, making the knives comfortable and easy to use.I also love how portable this set is. It’s compact, and you can easily carry it on your belt so the tools are always within reach. Whether you need the gut-hook skinner or the bone saw, it’s all right there, ready to go. The carrying case keeps everything neatly organized and accessible.Overall, this is a well-made, high-quality knife set that is ideal for hunting and game processing. The tools are sharp, durable, and well-balanced, and the price is great considering the value you get. For anyone looking for a reliable, all-in-one game processor kit, I highly recommend this set.

Soo I do necropsies for a living….
Necropsy(animal autopsy) and I know these are hunting knives, but I use them for soooo much more. I obviously use scalpel blades for the smaller cuts, but these knives have been WONDERFUL for the heavy duty stuff that I need to cut through. Perfectly sharp, feels sturdy. These get the job done.

SHARP!
I added these to part of our harvest bag that we use for harvesting and dressing livestock. It’s just for family use, so we do 1 - 6 head at a time. When we were doing 6, I decided to get a second set of tools. They are not the same as my primary set, which are expensive and old; however, these performed quite well.So there are 8 pieces. I’m not impressed with the camo pattern, but it’s fine. The handles had good grip and that’s most important.1. Caping Knife - 4 inch blade. I prefer longer but the sharpness made up for the length, even if you needed a second cut.2. Gut Hook Skinner - super sharp and the hook was nice3. Filet knife - performed wellBig question that I cannot answer is the ability to sharpen these. These are my back ups, so I do not need to sharpen them yet.4. Bone saw - too short for rams/sheep. I don’t harvest deer, so I’m not sure. It’s definitely the worse one I own.5. Rib Spreader - really flimsy and not easy to operate6. “Knife and Spear” Sharpener - well it’s compact and practically worthless7. Nylon belt sheath - that I would never use8. A few very cheap plastic gloves - should not be in the count lol9. So maybe 8 should be the case, which is fine and the expected quality in this price range. So this purchase was good, and the tools served their purpose. Price was ok if you really look at what you are going to use. For frequent use, probably a bad choice, For annual or occasional use, this may be a great fit.
