Premium Modular Coolant Hose

I have 2001 330ci. My lower return coolant hose was leaking close to the recovery tank. It took a bit of effort to remove this from the tank but came off more easily at the engine. The new hose was formed properly and fit like it should. The alignment grooves were also correct and I did not have to alter the hose to get it to fit. I will amend this review if I have issues.

Good quality, good fit. Seemed to be OEM quality to me.

This coolant hose fit perfectly on my 2000 BMW 328ci. Some considerations when you change the hose: 1. Do this when the engine is cold. 2. Keep plenty of pans to catch the coolant when removing the hose from below the expansion tank, there will be coolant from the engine. 3. Remove the air filter box to reach the hose from the engine side. 4. Be gentle and use a plastic pry tool if the hose connections are tight. 5. Good luck! This hose change should be a piece of cake!

I had to replace this hose that goes from the coolant reservoir to a pipe that feeds into the rear end of the timing chain cover, many times one of these type of locking connectors will have an O-ring that is bad, but I had one that was 15 years old or whatever and definitely had to be replaced!I've always liked Gates, and O'Reilly carries Gates. However I would rather purchase here on Amazon and save some major cash. I have no idea how much I saved on this but I guarantee at least $5

The only difference is a slightly longer than oem no problem though still works fine
