Dell
I've been using a Dell laptop for a few months now, and overall, it's been a solid experience. Dell has built a reputation for making reliable and well-balanced machines, and this model lives up to that expectation.Design & Build Quality:The design is clean and professional. The chassis feels sturdy, with minimal flex in the keyboard or lid. It’s lightweight enough for daily commuting, yet doesn’t feel cheap or fragile.Performance:For everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, video calls, and document editing, it performs smoothly. With an Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of RAM (your specs may vary), multitasking isn’t an issue. It can handle light photo editing and even some casual gaming without much trouble.

Junk
Bought two of these and had to return both. The first one arrived and had a defective wireless card and would not connect to a network, which is required to set up Win11 (no ethernet port on this laptop). So I returned it and purchased another one same day as I shipped the return because I could not wait 3 weeks for an exchange. The second one arrived 3 days later and I did manage to get it set up and it worked fine for a couple of days. Then it would no longer power on. Completely dead. Tried leaving it connected to charger overnight. Still dead next morning. So I returned that one as well. And bought an Acer instead (which works great!).Be careful to review the return policy. Amazon does clearly states the return policy, but buyer beware. Both of my purchases were from Amazon Marketplace sellers, marked with Amazon Prime and "Shipped from Amazon". Amazon will not refund computer purchases until after they receive the item back and have time to inspect the product. Then it takes 7 days to go back to your credit card. It is not like most Prime purchases where you get the refund almost immediately after UPS scans the return package. On my first return, it took 3 weeks. That was from Seller "Snow Bell" and I eventually got a full refund. Then the second return took another 3 weeks, so I was carrying $1200 on my credit card while having to purchase a third replacement elsewhere (another $700 on my credit card). And now I am fighting with Seller named "AmazingDeal Arrived" on the second return as they are trying to charge me a $231 "restocking fee" despite the fact the laptop was damaged/defective and the restocking fee is inapplicable. Very frustrating and basically had to put $2k on my credit card and carry $1200 for 3-6 weeks waiting for refunds.

Do not buy without warranty!
My mouse pad did not work properly, even when I used a mouse the right click does not work. As of today, it has not come back on. Please purchase a WARRANTY! I am so glad I did. My computer is being fixed now! Keep your email warranty receipt!

Why didn't I buy a Dell sooner?
I absolutely love my Dell laptop computer. It has the quality and feel of a real laptop. For almost three years I settled with a lower quality competitor's laptop that made me think twice about my life. Lol! It was plasticky, had horrible resolution and I thought I was being critical, until I received my Dell laptop. It is night and day. The laptop is super sturdy (has a heavier feel which I like), resolution is superb, and the quality far outweighs the cheap competitor laptop. Many years ago, I used a relative's Dell desktop and was pleased with the feel and performance of the computer. I kept a mental note and never forgot my experience. Fast forward, I am now the proud owner of one. I would not hesitate in purchasing one for my use, whether personal or job-related. Go out and get yourself one. You'll love it.

Just what I wanted
I had an hp that from the beginning didn’t do the job. I could go run errands while waiting for it to boot up (yes, it was clean and even reformatted). Anyway, I’ve been happy with the Dell laptops I’ve been issued at work, so when I decided to replace my personal laptop, this was my choice. I hate mouse pads on laptops, so the touchscreen was a must. It can be handy, but I’m surprised that I don’t use it nearly as much as I thought I would. I use this for personal use so an inexpensive subscription to Office 365 makes this the perfect laptop.

Love it!
I was finally set in investing in a good laptop to accommodate my needs in my small business. After research ,going back/forth between brands and features this Dell had all my requirements. I have now had it for 2 months and I honestly love it . It’s my very first laptop and so far has been meeting my expectations. Downloaded my software with no complications has good memory although I save most my data on a hard drive I see great potential in holding up to my standards .its super lightweight so I highly recommend getting a laptop pouch/case for it . I personally travel with it so I had already purchased one with in the same order for under $10. Make sure nothing is under it preventing it from ventilating correctly because it will cause it to heat up! Overall great choice !
