Q: what is the meaning of the sound it makes while listening to music? does it mean battery is low? (sounds like a guitar )

When you hear the guitar tune it means that the earbuds are successfully connected to your Bluetooth device.

Q: How to answer phone calls? The directions are unhelpful. Also what does the microphone/no microphone image mean wit phone calls.

Our JBL Tune 225TWS has a button command on the right to play/pause a song and answer phone calls. To answer an incoming call, simply press the right earbud.
