Modern Cottage House plan 3 Bedroom & 2 bath room: Full Construction Drawing Paperback – May 15, 2022

This product has some negative reviews, but I am quite satisfied. There are a couple of typos in the book and it does not include electrical or plumbing plans. But for the price, it gives the measurements, some building instructions and lists, and a variety of visuals. I definitely find this useful and worth the money. Also, they sent me the PDF after I emailed them and asked for it.

Terrible distribution of plans even had a misspelled word to cheap must be from china

Description of house plan in the beginning is different. If you scroll down father, that is what you get. These plans are great. Took them to my work and had my drafter print them out. They are nice. Had them printed in 11in x 17in format even with color pics. Bought mine off ebay. Just so everybody knows....they are auto cad which is a design program, so it was easy for me to print since we use it. Plans show everything. Including foundation. I would recommend them. Your engineer or designer can modify later if need be.

Just wondering if anyone has received the AUTO CAD FILE that is supposed to be included? "Modern Cottage House plan! With our complete AUTO CAD FILE, you have the power to make edits with ease"

it wasn't tobad it has just aboutevery thing you could need for a permit But there is no electrical layout and then is a few typo's. It NOT 34 DIFFERENT INDIVIDUAL PLANS EITHER(which i thought it was) but its a decent start for a modern plan.

The plans are a good start but the description states " all the information re cad files is on page 2 of the book". Well, there is no page 2 and no cad file. I'd be interested to learn how to request this file.If anyone has received the pdf/cad files, please advise the process.

No details of wiring, plumbing ect
