Love this desk lamp!! Wish I'd found it sooner!

This is a nice little light, very bright. I am not sure if it really has the "light therapy" benefit but that is mostly because I haven't used it for that. I tried to, but didn't do it long enough. 😅 It doesn't get hot and I love the different color settings.

Fantastic choice for a daylight ring
Great quality for price, multiple colors or lights that come out of it. Great for lighting up a space as well as getting you daylight during the dark days. Great quality sizes. Perfect! It's smaller than a regular dinner plate. Super functional and I haven't had a problem with mine and I've had it for years

Owned this since Feb 2023 - works great!
I bought this for the lack of sunlight in winter in my state. This helps me wake up and maintain a good morning routine. When the alarm goes off I put this on night stand and turn on with a few touches. Works perfectly and always has. I really like this light and the price! It is just one part of my routine of set sleep time, plenty of water, daily exercise. Before getting this light I wasn’t consistently doing all these but the light contributed to me developing the routine.

Can't tell if it's helping
My seasonal affective disorder is pretty severe rsch yest, and lately my asthma has been bad so I can't get outside much to soak up any rays. I got this to try to help, but I genuinely can't tell if it's making a difference. The buttons are touchy but I like that it has a built in timer. I try to use it at the coffee table on the weekends and in the bathroom as I get ready for work during the week.
