Well I have on purpose choosen this health mix because I wanted to see the products in it, grind it myself add more cashews and almonds for my baby than other health mix which is already grinded.previously I have also bought health mix similar way but it was 1 kg for the same price...but I won't be buying this pack as it's expensive where others are provided with 1kg product with same price this one is just 700 gms
