Nice comfortable chair

I recently purchased this chair, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The quality of the build is excellent, and it’s incredibly comfortable for long hours of use. The design is both stylish and functional, fitting perfectly in my workspace. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair feels very sturdy and well-made. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a comfortable and reliable chair!

After using this product for more than a year, I believe I've enough data points to add to this review.1. Within 15 days, 2 of the 5 wheels broke. I chose to order new set of wheels which I like instead of requesting the same cheap quality wheel set from the seller2. The cushion lost its firmness within 4 months. I agree I'm a heavy man. But other chairs have taken my weight well. Now there is a pothole on the chair with a shape of my bum3. The fit and finish might look great to the eye, but the experience change when you sit long working hours on the this. It creech, wobble and makes noise. Think I didn't assemble it correctly?, I disassemble it and assembled it 3 times just to scratch this offTl;dr, if you're looking for a working chair which let's you concentrate on your work, do not buy this.

Received 3 chairs for our office. Just assembled all 3 chairs and haven't used them yet. However as one thing prominently noticed is that all chairs Back support mesh ( which is Grey color) are dirty- must be handled without much care. Not able to clean them at all.Second issue is about the nut fixing. No it's not fitting well n has slipped many times.About other quality parameters, chairs look good but will confirm only once we use them.

The ratings are based on my personal use of the chair, not the chair itself.After using it now for 5 months, the chair doesn't entirely suit me for the following reasons -1. It's made for a larger person, so the ratios of arm and back support are constructed to those dimensions. Being 5.5 feet in height, it is just short of being comfortable for me and would be more suitable for a large bodied person of 5.7 feet height or over.2. Having a serious lumbar issue, the back support (also due to its having been designed for a larger person) doesn't support the area I need but falls further up the back. This means that I can't spend long hours on the chair, and need to keep getting up to avoid pain, which is annoying.3. On raising the chair, to get a good angle on my computer which is at the height of an average office desk, my feet don't touch the ground or even the chair legs, so this creates knee strain for me over long periods. So, to sit comfortably, I need to avoid raising the chair, which means an average office desk will be a bit high to type comfortably unless using a computer desk with a lower keyboard support.4. On assembling it, while the instructions were quite on track, the prefitted parts were poorly assembled, so I had to disassemble and refit the prefitted parts of the chair base and back so that the chair arms and back came together properly. Customer support, while prompt, was obviously outsourced, so had long gaps in trying to get in touch with the mechanic which wasn't practical on a busy working day, so ultimately had to do all the refitting myself, which was time consuming and tiring.5. The chair itself seems quite durable and strong, although it seems too large for me to effectively use the swing back system as I don't get proper traction with just the toes (again showing it was designed for a larger person)6. While the company is prompt in responding to needs (5 stars for that), a cloud based support team isn't going to solve my problems on the ground, although they are very keen on feedback, which is why I waited to post this after extensive use.I think it's a good buy for someone of large body size because the chair is basically strong and the metal base is an additional plus point, but if you're of very average height like me, or shorter, it would be best to buy a smaller chair. Yes, I did check the dimensions out on the page before buying, but like many of these things, it seems only practically trying the chair out enables you to know how suitable it is for you.
