The media could not be loaded. I purchase a new gadget once in a while to help with my back and neck spasms. When I received this one, I was about to return it because it didn’t seem comfortable. But accidentally, I discovered that both rollers are adjustable! I adjusted them to fit my neck, and it really works—it helps a lot! I use it for just a minute or so to loosen my neck spasms. The rollers themselves are made of soft rubber, and the entire gadget is made of flexible, smooth plastic. It’s easy to store and pretty flat—I just keep it under my armchair and pull it out when I need it.

Terrible product not large enough to fit a man's neck. TRIDE TO RETURN they sent a replacement instead now I cant return and get my money back

the idea of this is very good (5). The feeling that the wands will snap when any amount of stress is applied is not that great (2). The 'range' of the rollers is quite restricted, and quickly becomes prohibitively tight around your neck (3). The amount of pressure along the range is great in some spots (5) and either pinching or non-existent in others (3). So, all-in, this gets a 3. Improvements can definitely be made in the positioning of the rollers, the range that it will accommodate (we all don't have 9" necks!), the amount of pressure it applies, and the quality of the materials. Do better.

I really love this! It helped me with my neck pain, only reason it’s. It 5 stars is because it is impossible to keep your hair out of it, everytime you use it hair will get pulled out.

This product is very useful for easing muscle pain, especially on my neck. You can adjust the way the rollers face in order to use it on different parts of the body like the thighs, calves or arms, etc.I have loved using this massager. The rollers are soft enough to not hurt, but firm enough to really help with muscle pain. It rolls out all the knots in my neck. I have tried it on other parts of my body besides the neck, but I ultimately found it was most effective when used on the neck. The whole massager is made of this nice, soft touch plastic - but it is very sturdy. I do not feel like it will break, even though it is put through some stress when I use it to massage.Pros:-Feels really nice on sore muscles-Easy to use-Lightweight but sturdyCons:-Pretty large so not easy to storeI am really glad I purchased this massager, it has really helped me with all the pain my neck accumlates throughout the day. Product overall does what it says which is massage your neck by rolling over it.However I found that this product was very limited in the way it's massage and that there was only a very specific way it moved in coverage your neck and therefore was not able to massage all of my neck equally well.Hence I returned it because the video made it seem like it was a good massage for all of your neck but difficult to use on various aspects of your neck such as a top and bottom.

This can really work out the kinks in your neck. In fact I have to use this with pulling them a bit apart as it can be a bit too aggressive. As I use it it is starting to relax the plastic more and has become quite comfortable. Be sure to put you hair up or it can pull on them if they get caught up in the rollers. Over all I find these useful and affordable.

This thing does NOT feel good on your neck. Even if you pull your hair up, it still grabs any wispy hairs into the rollers, it does not glide easily over your neck, and it is more painful than relieving, even after several attempts to adjust the rollers in different positions. This is one of the worst products I've ever tried. Waste of money. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
