This is a great calming blend with a subtle earthy flavor. Sky clearly researches and thoroughly understands the herbs that go into his blends. It’s easy to find one or two of these supplements in varying forms but this is packed with well researched adaptogens in an affordable blend. You can add honey and a nut milk to make more of a beverage but I love the taste plain. These supplements are also hard to source for quality while remaining affordable, and medicinal foods takes the heavy lifting out of accessing great healing foods.

I really like this supplement , it is great ! The only reason I rated 4 in stead of 5 stars was that is very expensive per serving , I need about 1 tablespoon so just 10 servings a bag , I would love it if you guys would start selling a 1lb bag and even more bulk discounts...Back to the supplement, I believe it calms and relaxes you without any drowsiness, but that is not the only perk ...some of the herbs are hepato protective so they help nourishing the skin and hair and better sleep at night , the first herb in the formula is also called the herb of happiness !

I love using this product with my teas and during meditation! I've even added it to my coffee throughout the day! Its really uplifting and grounding.

When I tried their suggested dose, it hit me after 24 hrs , felt like a truck had driven over me. Did feel a lot better next morning. I've restarted with 1/4 tsp. feeling quite normal.
