The media could not be loaded. Just order this product yesterday and got it overnight and idk if this has been used already or what but the product came HALF empty. Absolutely will be returning. I’ve heard good things about Florence so hoping the second one looks differently and makes me feel safer upon opening the box. Seeing a bottle already near empty that costs 15.00 was a huge disappointment.

Love the color it’s beautiful. Love how long it lasts. But it is a lip plumper and it doesn’t plump my lips. Doesn’t work how I wanted it to but it’s still stunning.
