product came with no info so had to look online! no charging cable included.Had no idea until got it that it was going to cost £20 per month to activate it! Unable to return it as had disposed of the packing. £20 is just too much out of my pension. Age 93

This device looks the part but I have found it to be inaccurate in location, it does not monitor without it being requested so not a running read out (which is not what I was expecting). The fall sensor is very sensitive which can be annoying, when I’m hanging out the washing for instance, it goes off when I have shaken an item out to peg up! Maybe my set up is wrong but instructions are little to none and the app is not particularly easy or clear to use. I would have expected more for the price.

If you live rural and have a poor mobile signal the fall alert part of the watch is useless which is a shame.

Very disappointed with this product, I wish I had not purchased it. The QR code on the product to receive the app required to monitor the watch is nonexistent, trying to find online has been unsuccessful, and the instructions supplied are less than poor,
