The right one.
Finding the right magnesium is hard. So far this one has been perfect for me. Less leg cramps and easy on the stomach. Definitely will keep buying.

Helps my digestive symptoms, leg cramps, and overall calmness
I have been recommended to take magnesium as I have been diagnosed with IBS, and I also have diverticular disease. This means I can potentially lose more nutrients if I am not careful with diet and nutrition as a flare up can cause loss of fluids, nutrition, etc, which then increases chances of muscle and leg cramps especially at night. Very few things are more painful than those incredibly locked muscle spasms/charley horses that make you wake up screaming in agony.Of the various types of magnesium to take, this one is not like citrate designed for a laxative effect; however, start out taking smaller amounts to see if it causes that anyway. I began by cutting a tablet in half. They are 50mg and have a little slit in the middle making it easy to cut in half. 25mg is pretty tolerable if not used to taking. I take my tablet between 3:00PM and 5:00PM as I find about 6-8 hours after taking it I get very relaxed. I'm currently taking a full 50Mg daily. The calming effect is natural and helps me have a very solid sleep, and I don't have the leg cramps since I've been taking it. I also notice my overall leg and digestive muscles don't seem to be as tense since I take it.I am able to take this without food, and I do not have the digestive distress some people have if they take magnesium by itself. If you have digestive issues, you should always look for a tablet form you can cut in smaller portions as you have to titrate yourself up to a normal level.
