Installed quite easily. I like that they included new ball sockets. And more importantly they work quite well. Another brand I had seemed like it was very hard to close the lid. These lift the lid perfectly and are not difficult to close as well.

Holy Smokes These are Strong!
I did not use these for their intended purpose, so take this review with a grain of salt.I ended up using them to replace the aging struts on my truck toolbox, now it opens at lightspeed.Obviously, I have NO issue keeping my truck box open now. The hardware is of good quality and I am impressed with the strength. I'd definitely buy these again!
