Nature's Bounty Tonalin Pills and Dietary Supplement, Diet and Body Support, 1000 mg, 50 Rapid Release Softgels

I’ve been using these type of pills off and on for years and they work great as an appetite suppressant, and weight loss supplement. I decided to try this brand because of the reviews and lower price point and I’m not disappointed. These work just as well if not better than the higher priced brands. I would give these a try if you’re looking for this type of supplement and hopefully they keep the price low with the same quality ingredients.

This is tight.

I do not take this for weight loss. I consume this and other essential fatty acids due to being a vegetarian.

Good product but is pricey.Also is prone to give one GI issues. The one sent expired too soon.

I’ve only taken 1 bottle so far so I’m not sure if it works or not. I do notice I’m not as bloated with certain foods when I take these. I’m planning on getting another bottle and seeing if there’s any difference in my body. Also, I do workout at least 5 days a week. Not sure how long it takes to start seeing a difference in your body when taking these supplements.

Not as good as exercise.

I like this product and think it is helping me. I do notice less bloating in my stomach area. However, I was disappointed that the tablets all stick together. Have a hard time getting out one or two to take - they are in a large lump in the bottle. Am hoping that this is just a one time issue as I've used Nature's Blend many times and their quatlity is usually very good.

I use this CLA tablet for weight loss along with the dandelion tea. In less than one week i start seeing results. This product is definitely a 10/10.
