This machine stopped working after a few weeks.. Upon calling the customer support, they denied service by saying that this product has been purchased online and is not covered under warranty. Denied service in my location. Do Not Buy

Excellent build Quality
Machine is of excellent build quality and premium finish. Used it for the first time now and the coffee is good. Will have to experiment on the grind size to get a better extraction. One complaint-I have not received the cleaning pin and the cleaning brush. Request the Somethings brewing team to get back on this and deliver the missing items.

An excellent coffee machine
My first coffee machine.I finally upgraded from a drip machine to an espresso machine and I’m glad I picked this Budan machine. It comes with an inbuilt grinder for fresh coffee, steam wand for great lattes and a neat little compartment for its cleaning accessories. Build quality is good, and the silver finish adds perfectly into my kitchen theme.If you are looking for a quality product with value for money in this segment, I recommend the Budan range.
