Our company manufactures membrane equipment for industrial wastewaters and I have been using the Anura meter in our testing laboratory. It has been convenient and stable and is easy to carry. Never worked properly.

I hate being the first one to give a bad review, but this is more about the experience I had. First off, the probe looked well built and well packaged.I wish somewhere in the description on Amazon, it had told that you had to purchase deionized water to calibrate. Had to order it separate, not a big deal but could have ordered at same time as tester had I known. Second, followed instructions and could not get to calibrate, the flashing code we were getting, the instructions said prob a bad probe. Thats not even a big deal, i buy a lot of stuff on Amazon and sometimes that happens. My biggest problem was with support! Not that it was bad, but to contact them you had to use facebook. I don't use facebook and don't want to use it.Would have been nice to have a regular support ticket or even help email. There was no phone contact either. Finally when looking on their website,I know it says on Amazon 60 day money back guarantee but on their web page under terms it states/(We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected). I never seen anywhere about an actual warranty.I want to finish this by saying. This might be a fantastic product!!, by the other 5 reviews it looks to be, I returned mine, I wish I would have had the chance to communicate with them.communicate somehow with someone

Nice size for portability. Have used it for about a month and it has been just as accurate as my expensive Milwaukee meter but time will tell if it holds it's accuracy. Nice meter for the price.

I bought this meter for testing my hydroponic system. Meter is easy to setup and use. It sure beats placing drops in a vial to guess what the pH level is. I am also using for measurements in my saltwater pool. Customer service was also excellent when we had questions.

The idea behind this is a good one, however this device is complicated and hard to use. They need to have video tutorials or better instructions.

So far, this meter has worked flawlessly. I paid more for this one knowing it said it was lab quality.When I opened the box I was surprised with the big discount for a replacement electrode. I appreciate the customer service.
