I only use this sometimes when I’m feeling really clogged and bloated. It is literally Draino for your gut. I steep 2 bags in approximately 16 ounces of water for 5ish minutes, I add some lemon juice and honey and drink it really quick. Never fails that 8 to 10 hours later I need to rush to the bathroom. It totally clears your system out. I have a love hate relationship with it. Your stomach will cramp so bad when your body is ready to expel the sludge from deep within. 😂😂 Definitely recommend, the berry flavor is good too.

I love this product. I originally bought it and drank it for a few days straight twice a day not knowing better - BAD IDEA. If you try to do this - you can never leave the house. Even after you think it is out of your system - IT IS NOT. Be in vicinity of a bathroom AT ALL TIMES. However - once you get to know your body's reaction - this is an awesome product.Been bad on your diet? Drink a cup at night - Your sins will disintegrate by morning. Just don't go anywhere til noon.Want to fit into a tight dress? Plan your timing on when you will drink this in advance and the dress will fit.After a few months I have now figured out how to work this. A few times a month I will have a cup - I let it steep for a solid 10 minutes. Then I drink it for about 5-10. You really have to watch the timing.If you want to shed a few extra lbs fast - This is it.If you are constantly watching your weight (me) and you were bad (aka ate a bunch of crap) for a little while and you need to get back on track- this is the way to go. It resets the system and helps you get back on the healthy roll fast - you will look better immediately and your appetite changes.You will suffer a bit every time...but afterwards, you will feel light and easy. It also erases the mid gut - if even for a bit....and that is always motivational....even if temporary.It is now a staple in my house.

Love this tea. I have constipation problems and a cup of this tea a day relieves all that. Sometimes I go once a day, sometimes up to 4 to 6 times in one day. I guess depending on how much I eat. It will definitely clean you out and make you feel thinner. I have been on this tea over a year now. An Asian guy at work told me about it and gave me a tea bag. And that next day I went 6 times and felt much relieved. Ever since I have been hooked. No more laxatives in a box for me. Word of warning. It will cramp your stomach right before having to go to the bathroom. But to me it is worth it if you suffer constipation. The tea also tastes good. I never add sugar or anything to it. The small boxes are the extra strength and one is all you need to your body gets use to it. Now I put two in a cup and drink a cup every morning. They have the regular strength in the larger box(30in a box). I always reuse my tea bag one more time. Believe me it is still strong. Before buying this online. Go to an Asian store and get the regular strength and see how you like it first. I buy the six boxes through Amazon because it is cheaper. I would only recommend this product if you suffer constipation or just want to clean yourself out of the toxins that build up in your colon.

Works very well. I've shared it with friends and they all agree. Be prepared for cramping and multiple visits to the bathroom. After the first time the cramping subsides. My friend has a really called Smooth Move it tastes better and is a little more gentle, but I like this tea. It does what I need it to do....by any means necessary. Haha

I have been drinking my 3 Ballerina tea since I was a young adult and started taking dancing lesson. After almost 3 decades I still enjoy my tea every morning.
