Q: Where is this tea grown?

The herb is from Turkey, but the product is processed in Poland.

Q: How can I be sure to get a fresh bag; the big I just received expires in one month and it’ll never be consumed that quickly.

We are very sorry that you received the bag with such a short expiration date. We removed all the bags from this lot from Amazon warehouse, but maybe Amazon still have some, that we don't know about. We will send the new fresh supply next week, it should be available on Amazon to buy probably in about 2 weeks.

I'm not sure, but I don't think that a dried herb is going to "go bad" anyway ; Like spices,which are also dried herbs , it could lose some strength but still be usable.
