Amazing taste and zing...I love it!!

This is much hotter than sauces like kikkoman, and is more on the scale of real wasabi.It's great for sushi for that reason, it only needs a little dab. If I'm using it for dipping something like wings I blend it with a little spicy or brown mustard to tone down the hotness.This is good though as it saves money as I don't need much of this.

Easy find in the refrigerator- taste is great with soyu or whatever other sauce your working with

I would have given five stars because this Wasabi Sauce is delicious! I wouldn't even have bought it had it not been for the name "Terrapin," because I don't like "Hot" as in spicy foods. My intuition told me that this would not be hot, that it would be "Wasabi Garnishing Sauce." Fortunately, I was correct. If they're going to quantify the type of Wasabi Garnishing Sauce," they should say "Mild" because it is not even as strong as typical Wasabi. If you know Wasabi and are hoping for a "Hot" product you are going to be greatly disappointed. If you were disappointed that the Wasabi Sauce you were looking for is "Hot," when you were looking for regular, as long as you won't mind mild, try this, you'll love it! Perfect consistency and flavor, I love it with deli meats and shrimp cocktail!

I like everything about this product...

Wasabi sauce should be green -- not baby-poop brown like the bottle in the right side of the photo. When I attempted to return it to Amazon, I was informed that this product is not returnable for some unknown reason. If I decided that I didn't want it, that would be one thing. But this bottle of wasabi is clearly "bad" and not safe to eat. Shame on you Amazon allowing vendors to get away with selling defective products that cannot be returned or replaced.

Alas, I was so bummed when Trader Joe's discontinued their Wasabi mayonnaise. I used a LOT. I tried other brands and mixing my own with different Wasabi products. None were acceptable. After many searches I ran across Terrapin Ridge Farms Wasabi sauce. The reviews seems good, so I gave it a chance.I LOVE it! It is hot enough, has great flavor AND I can mix it with mayonnaise to tone it down for recipes and sandwiches. Mind you, this is a huge relief for someone hooked on the Trader Joe's defunct Wasabi mayonnaise.Life is good again. I will buy more. In case Terrapin decides to stop making it, I may have to consider hoarding it... I hope it has a great shelf life....

Purchased 2 bottles and both were brown color not green and can’t not return per the policy. Wasted $20.00After speaking with company they changed ingredients and it’s the great sauce.
