Great motorcycle bag. STRAPS EVERYWHERE.
Do you like buckles and straps? Is MOLLE a secret of obsession for you? Well this is your bag. This thing has straps and buckles at every corner and edge and can be adjusted at almost every angle to fit your body and your load. Shoulder straps feel good and waist/chest straps add a nice feeling of security. Helmet pouch holds a Large size helmet no problem with plenty of extra strap left for something bigger. Once you get the straps right you should really only have to pop 2 or 3 of the buckles to get your helmet in and out.Nice selection of pouches and pockets. Plenty of segregated compartments to keep things organized and clean/dry. MOLLE straps and d rings all over the place to add even more stuff and customize. Backpack seems breathable and doesn't make my back sweat. The only thing really missing is a removable tool pouch and a dedicated hydration bladder pocket and hose retainer. Those could easily be added though.Great pack with lots of room for customization. The straps might be annoying to some but once you get them adjusted they don't need to be moved and most of them have retainer sleeves.Great for the money. Doesn't feel cheap. Will probably use this for airsoft too.

Been 5 years and this things is still going strong. I'm a private chef and have lived in 24 states in 5 years and not a rip or tear.

A lot of good, and a few extras worth removing
I bought this bag mostly because it has the back panel to secure a helmet or other bulky parcel to the back. I like this back for that purpose. Here are my notes overall on it.Positives:* Pretty sturdily constructed. The thread used to connect pieces looks to be a very sturdy thread. The one end that was missed in the trimming phase was impossible to yank off and required scissors--so that seems to bode well for the life of the back.* Sufficient different storage compartments to keep things organized.* Good padding and comfortable straps* Excellent value for the asking priceNot so positives:* Way too many straps all over the thing. There are cinch points that cover up cinch points. While I appreciate the versatility of all the reenforcement--it ended up with more buckles than a steampunk convention. They are quite utilitarian, but it makes for a somewhat confusing process to open or close things. There are at least 4 that I am considering cutting off. And for the price of the bag--if I change my mind I can buy another* Non-standard water reservoir: They sell a custom water reservoir, but I already have three. It would be nice if it fit a normal 3 liter water reservoir rather than forcing you into their custom one. Also, there is no straw pass-through, so if you want to put a regular reservoir in the main pocket, you have to fish the straw out through the zipper.* There are a couple short-cuts they took that I don't like. In particular, they didn't fold and stitch the ends of the straps. The practical upshot, is that while wearing the backpack, if you lift the bottom of the cinch clips to let the straps go slack, the straps can fall through the clip, and the backpack will fall off your back. I am likely to fix that once I buy some nylon thread.

HOLY STRAPS! But it's tough....
Seems to be great quality on everything. I bought it to use as my daily commute backpack on my motorcycle. Love the fact that I can store my helmet in bag. HOWEVER... As the saying goes: too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. What I mean is this thing might be a little overkill for a daily use bag. It has so many straps and buckles. It was a little overwhelming when I first got it out. It has 14 buckles! Still. Very high quality.UPDATEI discovered that the bottom waist belt is removable. This makes it easier to use as an every day bag. The waist belt is only for transferring some weight off your shoulders. Useful for some people but not me.UPDATE:Bag holding up to daily abuse great. It survived the motorcycle crash that totalled my Ducati. Not a snag, tear, or broken buckle anywhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND4 YEAR UPDATE: It occurred to me today that this bag is over 4 years old, has traveled by motorcycle all over the country, done many trips through the airport, and is my daily work bag on top of it. It shows no signs of giving up. Great bag. Also there are water bottle holders from One Tigris that are black MOLLE that fit the side of this bag great.

Quality, versatile backpack
I was a bit hesitant to buy this backpack, since it had no reviews, but it had all the features I was looking for so I went for it, and I'm glad I did. I wanted a backpack to wear when riding my motorcycle to work or on adventure trips and this one fits the bill perfectly. I also bought the hydration bladder that goes with it, and it seems good quality and works well with the pack. The material the pack it made from is pretty heavy and seems like it will hold up well. I love the modularity of the MOLLE design, as it can pretty much be anything you need it to be. My XL full face helmet fits in the helmet carrier fine, and all the straps adjust, so I'm fairly sure it will hold any size helmet, or whatever else you want to put in there. You can get optional side packs that will attach to the sides of the main pack as well. I really like the straps on the side that allow you to adjust the size of the pack based on what you have in it, so if it's lightly loaded with stuff for work, I can make the pack quite compact, or if I were going on a long trip and needed to load it down I could expand them. The material is indeed waterproof, but the zippers and outer nylon adjusting straps will absorb water so that could be a problem if you get caught for a long time in a downpour. The shoulder straps are comfortable and it has a small chest strap to hold them together and a larger waist strap to support the pack. There are loops and rings all over it to attach whatever accessories you want. Overall, I think it's great value for money spent and I couldn't be happier with it!
