Power for the Decorations
These battery boxes are terrific, we were creating lighted door wreaths for the holidays and didn't want cords hanging off them. These 9 volt battery boxes make the connections easy and the on/off switch will make its use easy as well. Great little box that solved our issues perfectly.

they work
I have a box of over 100 still wrapped 9v batteries, so I got these to make emergency lights, work like a charm, and now I have a use for those 9v's.

Perfect and easy to use. The included switch is very useful
The best feature of this holder is the built-in on/off switch. For me it saved me the trouble of having to wire in a new switch. I also really like that the 9v battery snaps in easily and stays secure. The case itself opens when you want it, but stays closed otherwise. There is an included screw to keep the case closed but I didn't need it, but it's nice to have.

Quick and easy to use
Perfect for hobby led project. Helped the kids build some diorama boxes with LEDs wired in for lighting effects. These boxes were great for taking all the wires and simply splicing them in so you can switch the box on and off and have everything neat and bundled together.

My son and his friend were working on a project and needed some of these. After looking all over in our local stores, he found these on Amazon. They work perfect and are exactly what they needed.

Does the job, but the wires are very low gauge.
It is OK, but a bit cheaply built. Not that it lacks sturdiness for its purpose, but it's hard to get the cover off to change the battery. I doubt the switch will have a long life.Biggest complaint is the super-thin gauge of the connecting wires. I guess 28-30 awg? They won't hold up to much stress. That said, they're inexpensive, so not the worst choice.
