I love Thai food, but it's so pricey to eat out. If only I could make delicious Thai food at home. Enter this book. Used it for the first time tonight and was really pleased. I made the Pork red curry stir fry, and it did not disappoint. The recipes are easy to follow and don't require a tong of exotic ingredients. I'm dogsitting at my friends right now and found most of the things I needed already in her pantry. The photos are beautiful and plentiful. I think there's a photo for each recipe, which I appreciate, and the recipes seem to be easy to follow. Would buy again.

if you like Thai food, this book is an indispensable must read. This is the second book I’ve bought from Palin, I also bought her book “Hot Thai Kitchen”. I am a big fan of Thai food, but besides her books and regularly subscribe to her channel, I honestly don’t own other Thai cooking recipe. because I don’t need it. to be honest, Palin is a very talented cook, and her recipes are among the best Thai cuisine you could find anywhere. you honestly don’t need other sources. I would highly recommend this book. I can tell Palin really put her heart and talent into developing these recipes. they are extremely simple to follow, the dishes come out very delicious, and all the recipes can be made in under 20 minutes. it’s really suitable for busy people who still want to find simple recipes to cook delicious Thai but only has short span of time. the recipes are either classic Thai dishes or Palin’s rendition of classic Thai dishes. Thai foods are really delicious( trust me I love Thai!!!) but one thing I’ve noticed is there aren’t that many varieties. this is where you can see Palin really has great gift for cooking and has honed her skills into proficiency through the years. many recipes are developed by Palin that are her personal revamp of classic Thai dishes. and they come out even much better than their original classics. this sure adds great variety to Palin’s books and channel. I highly recommend this book as your go-to book for Fine Thai Cuisine Art!

The Hubbs and I LOVE Thai food but it's always been a terrible hassle to even get to our favorite Thai restaurants (as the seriously good ones are several cities away). After DECADES of searching for decent Thai cookbooks, I have finally found a cookbook that has changed my cooking abilities for the better! Sabai is well written and informative. Pailin is a fabulous teacher, whether you are utilizing her cookbooks or watching her U-Tube videos, and she explains the process of each dish in a manner that is easy to understand and follow. The most amazing thing is that we are now able to create the very dishes that we have travelled so far to acquire for so many years. Thank you, Pailin, for this wonderful book! You have made our household very happy!

Love the cookbook. Use it all the time

Pretty nice book. Stuff seems tasty. It’s a little hot, my wife says, but that’s the genre.

Pailin is a pleasure to watch (YouTube, Hot Thai Kitchen, Pailin's Kitchen) and have been so enchanted with her recipes I bought the book--who does this anymore when you can google it? But I love this book and it is really helpful and handy to keep in the kitchen and the photos are excellent. These recipes are helping me transition from a farm-fed Midwesterner using the old "Food Pyramid" to someone who experiments with more vegetables and cooking methods. One of the things I have found helpful with her recipes is that she teaches the process and rationale, so you can add, swap, modify once you have an idea of the basics. I was worried I would kick myself for buying a book but I can 100% recommend this purchase. And as my husband said, "Oh, good, lots of pictures" :)

I just received my cook book. I chose this particular Thai cook book after watching the author’s videos on YouTube. if you haven’t already seen one, I highly suggest you check one out and see her website at Hotthaikitchen.com. The book is absolutely amazing. Excellent quality, color pictures with clear and concise presentation and instructions, including what products you will need for cooking Thai. If you want to learn how to prepare Thai food at home this cook book will not disappoint I promise. One of my top favorite purchases. Thank you Pailin for sharing your knowledge so clearly.
