They came undamaged and look like I thought they would
Looks good, but I have not opened them yet so I can’t really tell you what they taste like. I’m saving them for when I really really need them.

buy now use later, buy now eat now, just buy food at good prices while you can
12 ounces. The 28 serving can is 12 ounces (28 servings X 12 grams= 336 grams= 12 ounces). I don't know why it doesn't just say that. I normally buy Augason Farms of same size, but went with this as the price happened to be better (and still is) and it also had a coupon. Prices fluctuate across brands a lot. I am well familiar with ReadyWise, though I tend to stock the other. I like them both well enough, so I usually purchase based on price (though I do not rate based on price).#10 can (that reads, "number ten", not ten pound) that requires a heavy duty can opener. Has resealable lid. Emergency #10 cans are for super long term storage, usually float, and are used because they can fit a wide variety of foods and allows for "stackability" and uniformity in ones long term pantry area. However, that also means that some food items will take up all the space of the can, and some may only take up a little bit of space. As with other products, vessels are filled based on weight not volume. But there is always someone who freaks that they got a mostly empty can. We pay for the weight of the food. Some items are bagged inside, some are loose. These berries are loose, as expected.I buy emergency storage cans for actual potential emergencies, but I also buy some for regular use. I like the pricing and quantity better on bigger containers of freeze dried fruit over the small packets I find at the store. I love freeze dried fruit for snacking, for adding to oatmeal, pancakes, muffins, or anything else I can think of.This purchase and review happens to be for the blueberries, which are as good as expected. 12 ounces may not sound like much, but it is actually quite a bit since all water has been taken out. I usually buy fresh and frozen, but freeze dried has a place in both my working daily pantry as well as my long term storage pantry. Sometimes blueberries and other fruit, AND other food items just arent available, or prices are no good. When I can get emergency food on sale, then I am investing in my food budget. Carbs are easy to come by (still, for now), but fruits and vegetables not so much. I try to store items that are tricky to find, buy, or grow.5 stars because it is as good as I anticipated. Nothing stands out extra good or bad, as I find it similar to the other brand I buy.

Strawberries were small broken pieces with a lot of powder, complete waste of money
Update: I can't review these individually but this is mainly for the strawberries. I had to change the rating for all of the berries from 3 to 1. I opened the strawberries again today to give some to my grandson and got angry. I had to pick out the biggest pieces that I could find, which was not an easy task, for him to be able to pick up them up with his hand because it is almost all small pieces and powder. Looking in that can again and remembering I paid something like $35 for it irritates the heck out of me. For small strawberry pieces and powder, it's a real rip off. I was just imagining some huge disaster happening and opening them up to serve to your family and seeing this mess. The raspberries are broken up also but not quite as bad and they must of used berries that had not fully ripened because they are lip puckering sour. The blueberries are great and I would give them a 5 star rating if I was able to review them separately. So I've changed my rating to 1 for the strawberries, 2 for the raspberries and 5 for the blueberries. I had considered keeping the blueberries on subscribe and save but after looking at the strawberries again, I decided I can't trust that the next can of blueberries I get from this company will be as good as they were this time. I'm going to find another company. I'm very disappointed.Note that in the photo the can looks almost empty. I just got these like two or three days ago and have used no more than 1-3/4 cup which would be less than four servings in a can that is supposed to have 18 servings.I purchased the blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Of the three, the blueberries were the only ones that were whole and they tasted like a blueberry should when at the perfect ripeness. In fact, they were better than I had anticipated. The raspberries are really sour and mostly broken up. They have no sweetness to them at all and the strawberries were half powder. I'm not sure what I will do with the strawberry powder. I got them to snack on so that is useless to me. I will buy another brand of raspberries and strawberries next time. I give a 5 for the blueberries, a 3 for the raspberries and a 1 for the strawberries.

Everybody needs scrambled eggs.
Excellent service. Haven"t used it yet but with camping prepping, it won't be long.
