Not bright white but still a good set
I was looking for bright white, these are not quite that. Great set, just don't quite match the rest of the knives in the block (I was missing a couple of steak knives so decided to just replace all of them)

Rusting!!!
I was aware of the reviews mentioning rust before I bought these, so I was careful in my treatment of these knives. They still rusted.

RUST!!!!!
I bought these knives because I was tired of looking at the rust on my other steak knives that I literally had owned for over 20 yrs and just now started to rust. Well these knives have rusted after one use, I phoned cuisinart and they said they are no longer considering rust to be a defect.... how ironic! I guess if I have read the reviews I would have seen that this is a common problem with the knives.

They began to rust after a few washes. Not impressed. Some Cuisinart products are very good and some are very poor. These are poor.
