I didn't send out a water sample for lab testing but it seems to be working as expected. No odd taste in our water nor leaking, easy to install.

Paid a certified plumber to install this. It gave me enough water to wash my hands and fill an 8 oz glass of water before running out and having to wait hours for it to fill again. Used it like that for a month then it quit filling completely. Everything was installed properly it’s clearly a product issue. Customer service was a joke and useless. Mocking me and accusing all the issues on the plumber or me. Waited days for a return phone call for tech support which never happened. After 4 phone calls and zero tech support, I was getting nowhere. The cheap plastic parts were breaking in my hand while trying to troubleshoot. I’m throwing in the towel on this useless system. Aquatru is a company I hope to never do business with again and if you do I’d not buy from Amazon cause they are reluctant to offer warranty for Amazon purchases.

I am so happy with my new AquaTru! We live in West Virginia and our water quality is deplorable. It always smells and tastes of harsh (unidentifiable) chemicals. So, I've been buying bottled water while I researched under-sink water filters. We chose an under-sink because we need to be able to use the filtered water for everything — drinking, cooking, cleaning fruits and vegetables, etc. — and didn't want to worry about output. We chose the AquaTru because our research showed that they are high-quality while still being reasonably priced. It has not disappointed one bit! Our water tastes AMAZING. That is to say it smells and tastes of... Nothing! Pure, clean, crisp perfectness. I was so worried about what we were consuming, but the AquaTru has really set my mind at ease.As for installation, we had someone else do it for us, so I can't honestly comment. We do have an extremely small cabinet it had to fit into, though, so (as you can see in the pictures) he set up the filters on one side and the tank on the other. This seems to be working out perfectly fine for us.This filter system really is an excellent value and, considering our latest water quality report, a true lifesaver!

I liked (loved) every aspect of this Aqua Tru RO water system. The installation was easy because they have a clear step by step U-Tube video of the installation. It took up 1/4 of the under sink cabinet-very little. Every part needed is included. Took 30 minutes. And the payoff was delicious clear, clean water that came out of the high-design faucet (that's included) My family has had at least 5 different RO systems in our houses- we moved a lot and this Aqua Tru is the best all around. My son bought the "on the counter" version and also loves the water. I'd get another in a flash

This product came with step by step installation instructions. It was set up and usable in a short period of time. Works great! So convenient to get filtered water from the tap.

If you are looking for the best reverse osmosis water filter get AquaTru! Not only was it easy to install, it is also the perfect size. We have very hard water, so I wasn't even able to use it for cooking. The cost of bottled water was becoming very high in our household. I got one of those Brita water filter pitchers, and still the taste wasn't that "clean", but now after tasting my water with my new RO filter I can asure you the quality of the water is even better than bottled water, I never knew water could taste so fresh and clean! The taste it's really a plus, since the main reason for me to get it was for my health, and I can assure you this system is worth way more than I paid. Very happy with my AquaTru.
