Condition of product is unacceptable.
I have been using this product for months and am happy with it overall. However, this last order is unacceptable. This item comes in gel capsule form and they are all melted and stuck together. I've tried sticking my finger in the bottle and breaking them apart, but it is just one giant gel block. There are no returns for this item but I don't want a return, I would like a replacement. I don't know how to do that. I would appreciate some help regarding this. Thank you.
