Merrell Kids' Jungle Moc

Merrell Jungle Moc is my favorite shoe for over 20 years now! I do wear shoe inserts with these for some arch support and change out supports as they wear out. These shoes are easy to slip on, comfortable out of the box, and provide a good snug fit. They last about a year and I use the old ones for my back yard work. I wore a new pair when I back packed Europe for 16 days, walking up to 20 miles a day. I have also worn to work as a nurse for years. Though they are NOT slip-proof if the floor is wet. Buy a pair and you will be pleased. No sore aching feet.

These are must have's for my son. Though they do run small and narrow. Buy a half size up. My son doesn't have wide feet but I bought them in wide and he says they are much more comfy. My son has to wear orthodics so we need good quality supporting shoes. He can wear these without the orthodics if he has too (in a hurry and forgets to put them in) and I don't worry because they have some arch support for overpronaters. I bought them to replace his crocs actually. Since we were entering the winter season, I wanted something he could quickly slip on but still has support. I like how they are water resistant too. He's stepped in puddles and wears them on rainy days and says his feet stay dry. Though I don't recommend him treating them like rainboots!

My son has been wearing this shoes since he was in kindergarten. It is comfortable and durable. Since his school was strict on the uniform policy, I could not find a black shoes to match his dressy uniform that he can play and run at the same time. This Merrell did the job just perfect. He wore this shoes for at least a year and a half until it does not fit anymore but the shoes still look fine after all the rough play he was doing. The only thing I did not like was that it was a bit pricey for me at $50.00 but if was worth it since I did not have to search and buy another shoes for 18 months.

I love these shoes for young kids. We live in a northern state and snow boots are a daily matter in the winter at school, but only outside. So kids must switch shoes when they get to school, before and after each recess and when they they go home. Slip on shoes make this a breeze allowing to maximize those precious outdoor minutes. And this Merrell shoes have been a staple for my kids as they are also warm, weather resistant and can withstand snow and rain if needed also. And work for gym too.

I have a hard foot to fit, because while I am an adult, I tend to wear children's sizes (anything from a 1-6 depending on width.) with my average shoe size being a 4.5-5. i ordered these in a size 5, they fit great, they are wide enough that my toes are not cramped in the toe box, but not so wide as to alter the size that I would typically wear. They are easy on/off, and can be worn with or without socks; though I have found them to be more comfortable with socks. I typically order these shoes in black, but decided to order them in a different color. I have been very pleased with the India Ink color, as they are blue, but not too bright or too dark to make them impossible to match to clothing. I jokingly refer to them as my blue suede shoes. These are not the first pair of Merrell Jungle Mocs that I have owned, they were my 4th or 5th pair and I've been wearing them for at least 12 years. The only reason I end up having to buy new pairs is because I tend to wear them out (however, the last pair were chewed up by a new dog in my household!). I typically end up getting about 2 years of wear out of each pair, wearing them almost everyday in Fall/Winter and the first parts of Spring, and about every other day during the Summer months. In all I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone, either for children or adults.

Absolutely love these. I wasn’t sure about the pink leopard print but it’s really cute. My daughter is super picky so I was worried she wouldn’t like them because they have a bulky sole. She loves them because they’re cute and says they’re comfortable! I love them because they’re waterproof and good quality! Excellent for Seattle fall weather.

My son loves these shoes. Easy on, easy off - water proof and more supportive than his sneakers. Excellent product from Merrell!
