Great flavor and very tender. I cooked them with only salt, cracked pepper, a few Twigs of rosemary. Butter after they seared, on a cast iron skillet. We loved them. We did not like the spice that came with it. Too harsh so didn’t use it. I expected a much thicker cut.

the ad stated a ribeye steak would be 1/2 to 3/4 thick. When we cooked it it barely 1/4 of an inch. The product is poorly packed and the size stated is in my opinion a rip off. We had another piece of steak the other night. It was a tenderloin. It was just as bad as the ribeye. the steak was full of fat and extremely chewy. Half of the steak was inedible. I would never by this product ever again. Go back to Swift.

These steaks were a disappointment. Cut to thin and not very flavorful

Received much faster than what I expected. Packaged and sealed very nicely, it also included a handbook with helpful information on the different types of meats and recipes. We were very happy and grilled one of each same night. It was exactly what I hoped for and will order again. I'd love to try the ground beef and burger meat with my next order. Then you Nebraska Star Beef!

I was disappointed that when I ordered as a Christmas gift for my wife that the gift package didn't arrive in time. When I ordered it clearly stated delivery in time for Christmas.Quality of the steaks have been good. No need for anything other than a bit of salt, and pepper.
