2020 Aluminum Extrusion 48 inch / 1220mm Black (10Pcs/Pack) V-Slot European Standard for 3D Printer,CNC and Laser Engraving Machine

Cut square, straight, correct dimensions, unacceptable amount of shavings in the package. Thanks for giving me 20 minutes of banging chips out of them and vacuuming.

Item was in great condition and worth the money

As the title says, these have not been cut square. Ends are off by just over 1 degree, making these not fit for purpose (unless you wanted a wonky, out-of-square frame!) Unfortunately I’ve already tapped the ends of some, so probably can’t return them now.

The internal dimesnions on the '20' sides are all too small; the inner recess is only just over 10mm wide, not 11mm like most other 2020 types, and is not deep enough.Drop in tee nuts work, just about, but the 'invisible' 90 degree brackets and some of the hardware I have just doesn't fit.Infuriatingly, the two '40' sides are perfect. They conform to normal 2020 dimensions.Edited down to three stars after further assesment of all the lengths.

Unfortunately these have a warp / mellow bend, this was not found until a tons of time was invested into my 3d printing project and excursions being fitted, caused hours of troubleshooting before dismantling and realising there was a consistent curve going through these bars, when placed on flat surface the mellow bend in uniform between excursions and clearly visible, approximately +11-15mm in the centre, not willing to risk ordering more at present. A very expensive and frustrating experience.
