Just like the old T-Gel
Had T-Gel recommended to me once ages ago as a kid for my dandruff. Lately head and shoulders has not been cutting it, so I went on the hunt for the T-gel I used to use. Somehow the brand stuff (Neutrogena I guess) is just outrageously priced and isn't widely available anymore from what I could find, so I landed on this product. Worked wonders after first use, just like I remember from my younger days when I used it. Still has the ick smell, so I just use some scented shampoo after use with this and then my hair smells fine. I use this about once every week or two for some dandruff patches on the front of my scalp and it keeps it in check.

THE PRICE IS INCREDIBLE FOR A QUALITY PRODUCT
The product is amazing at a fraction of the price of big box brands. I also think it's great it's run by women. I will be a lifetime customer to support these women. The smell isn't too bad for coal tar but people need to realize coal is not a pretty smell at all but the product works incredibly well for psoriasis. You can honestly compare this to Nutrogenas T gel which has been discontinued. THANK YOU T + R. YOU ARE AMAZING.

Excellent Medicated Shampoo
These is an excellent shampoo of you need a "coal tar" shampoo. This works for me unlike Head & Shoulders or Selsun Blue which use different techniques. Occasionally the bottle cap leaks. However, it is an excellent price point, and I keep older caps around in case I get a leaky cap. Good Pleasing Scent, Keeps my hair in good condition with the flaking and itching.

Good Product
Effective for itching, lathers well, but PU!! This stuff stinks to high heaven! Not too surprising since it's got two of the worst smelling substances on the face of the earth - coal and tar. I am taking away one star because of the smell, but so far, it seems to really stop the scalp itch.

Good bang for the buck tgel substitute.
Finding actual t-gel in a store has become hard for me as of late. This does a good job as a substitute it. Not quite as good for me, but very close, and it's far less expensive, so it's a very good bang for the buck.

Works Great.
Works just as well as the name brand. Sure it has a slight smell due to the active ingredient, but it's worth it as it really works.

Perfect for Oily Hair/Scalp!
This is the only shampoo I can find ANYWHERE that gives as good of a clean as this does! I bought a smaller bottle of this years ago and used it only periodically, but never could find a shampoo that did what I needed it to… until I swapped back to this one!I love the smell of it and how well it lathers! You don’t need a while to get a good clean, either! It works well at keeping flakes away and is great for those with an oily scalp/hair! You won’t notice any difference in texture from your normal shampoo either! It’s a perfect viscosity and it doesn’t slide off your hand like overly watery shampoos. I’ve even noticed my scalp itches less than usual after having made the swap back to this product!I know some shampoo bottles are also really fragile to the point that, if you drop them, the cap breaks off or something internally breaks apart—not this one! Yeah, it’s plastic, but at least it’s not some CHEAP plastic! When I run out, I will be buying AGAIN! 11/10

Love the product, hate the push tab top
Great, effective shampoo! Will buy again. The worst thing about this is the top. Dispensing the shampoo is so difficult and extremely messy. Shampoo oozes from all around the push tab, making it slippery and hard to handle. Because of the poorly designed and flimsy push-in top, you wind up wasting the product. My only solution was to put the shampoo in a $1 plastic squeeze bottle. Not wasting product and is much easier to use.
