Nice! What I do is... I dissolve it with water 1tsp of water and My daughter drink it in a liquid form. She took the 1st one bottle and I noticed she is starting to be focusing now! She will star the second bottle in 8 days.... my sister told me will take at least 3 months to see the effects on my daughter! (Gifted students), help with her with been focus!

Well I can’t say much about the product’s efficacy because my son never ended up taking it. I called the company per the phone number on the bottle to ask a few questions and the number went to a Spanish speaking person in Puerto Rico. I called the number a couple times as I couldn’t believe it. I’d say that pretty concerning for a product I was going to give my son. Not to mention there was a spelling error on the ingredients list. I couldn’t take a chance and returned it.
