This was my third purchase I got one set for my sisters and one for me. We use specifically this brand years now and love it. Very sharp very comfortable when you hold them

We already owned a knife like these and were so pleased with it, we decided to purchase some more, so that we don't have to keep cleaning this one between uses, it can go in the dishwasher.We've found that these knives keep their edge for a long time and rarely need sharpening.Great value

Excellent quality as you would expect from Victoria Knox. They are great colour! They are also very VERY sharp, sliced the top of my finger off cutting a lemon. Had to have stitched. Just as a warning to others be careful and not silly like me with these knives!

I was given my first Victorinox paring knife some 50 years ago by my Aunt who lived in Switzerland. It lasted for some 30 years, before I somehow lost it (likely thrown out with some vegetable peelings .... Doh!). I have since tried several other brands, but none perform like these, so treated myself to a new pair of these paring knives for my recent birthday - and delighted to re-accquaint myself with how easy they make it to slice things thinly and safely.
