If more than 2 emergency keys are required
This product comes with 2 door entry keys which can be used as a last resort in the event a code entered or fingerprint recognition does not work. I needed 4 extra keys (family member, gardener, cleaners and a spare). One Locksmith said in his opinion the key was unusual but if I gave him 4 blanks with the correct length for the key he could cut them for me. I told this company what I had been told and requested either 4 keys or 4 blanks which I was happy to pay for. Customer Services sent a detailed picture of the mechanical lock and the make of key required. I gave this information to the Locksmith who produced/cut 4 spare keys for me. Great customer services from this company.

Had to pay for replacment when item failed
OK, so like the idea of this lock and for a few months worked well, then lock stopped working, checked firmware, app battries etc. U-Tec support said they would send a replacment but they only ship to the US, did I know anyone there they could ship to, luckily I did, however to get them to ship to me cost a further £142 in shipping and import tax!! Funny when I purchased for Amazon they could ship to me then. SO, TBH I would not buy again, I would have fitted old lock to door but I had to drill hugh holes to fit this new lock!!

I should have bought the wifi version...
I mean't to buy the wifi version since i don't have a z-wave hub but I had to install it urgently. I don't have remote control but I'm very happy with how it functions. I'll get a Homey Pro when the new one comes out. I did have a problem with the lock sticking but loosening some screws fixed that.
