The canner seems a lot more solid than presto, but I have a bottom warp from first use that only happens during use then goes away. Probably my stove is a little too punchy. Or, there may have been a defect.That said, they took care of me and sent a replacement. There were no warnings about induction stovetops, but I wouldn't use higher than medium from now on. I dunno, maybe it wasn't me.It's nice and big, works on my weird spaceship induction cooktop, and just feels like good quality.

I needed a glass top induction compatible pressure canner. The Denali Canner definitely works! I went with this over Presto because of reviews on the Presto handles breaking. Looks great and well made. Time will tell, but so far so good!

The Tank is wonderful. There is no waiting for the steam vent for ten minutes.The coming to the proper pressure happens quicker.It is very quiet while it is cooking/canning. No noisy jiggling and easy to maintain the proper pressure.All this and I would give it an A+.When I initially ordered and it was delivered on a Friday I took it out of the box and there is one thing to assemble. The pressure gauge is supposed to fit easily through the hole in the lid made for it. It did not fit in the hole. So I processed a return to Amazon and they promptly shipped another pressure canner, just like it last weekend, they picked the faulty one up on Monday.The second one I got went together easily, I canned my first batch of soup in it today and am very pleased with its ease of use.My mother at 89 was skeptical about the way it was supposed to work but she is very impressed how easy and quiet it is.So WELL DONE Denali!!’

I debated for months which pressure canner to purchase after my old one bit the dust. I wanted to make sure that my glass stove top would handle the canner and decided that the Denali 23 quart would be the best option. I was not disappointed. This canner is amazing. It is light weight and easy to use. Place the required weight on the lid, fill the canner with the appropriate amount of water along with your jars that have been properly filled and the 2 piece lids adjusted, close the lid, turn on the burner to medium heat (I did have the water pre-heated because the jars of food were hot), and wait for the weight to start jiggling, then turn down the heat to low. It's that simple. You don't have to sit and wait for steam to start venting and then wait another 10 minutes; it does it automatically. All you have to do now is set your timer and do whatever you need to while the canner does the work. The canning lids are well made, too. I was able to can 9 jars of carrots one day, and 22 jars of broth the next day without any issues. I highly recommend the Denali canner and products. If it were possible to give them 10 stars, I would.

Works great. Can use on my induction stove. 7 quarts at a time. Couldn't get the pints in for a second row, but my jars might be a taller style. A lot lighter than my older canner. Love the pop up valve to let you know it's starting pressure build up.

This is a very heavy pot. It holds a lot of jars. Very easy to use. Holds pressure. Made of stainless steel and cleans up well. Looks like I'll never have to buy another one again.

I've used this canner for a couple years now and it's still great. Just wish I could find a recommended replacement ring for the lid.
