SIZE DOWN!!
Do not order using the recommended suggestion of going one size up!!!!! The chart says I should be an XXL but it was extremely loose on me on the loosest clip setting. I returned and ordered a medium and it is extremely snug and perfect. If I were to wear it throughout the day, I would probably order myself a large to be more comfortable. I definitely recommend ordering sizing smaller than you normally would because it will adjust with the clips as you lose weight. Very soft and durable material, can’t wait to use it!

Waist trainer
It is great support. I wear it to workout. I also wear it at work. The longest I’ve worn it is 10 hours during the day. I haven’t noticed any weight loss but my waist is getting smaller.

Comfortable with good support.
I received this yesterday and have tried it on today. It fits snug (on largest hook). I chose my size based off my clothing size not my measurements. I typically were a size 14-16 (I am5'8 and about 255lbs) so I sized up based off other reviews. I ordered the 3x, it provides good compression, and very comfortable. Does not cut into me, good coverage, I would like it to be about an inch longer. Does not roll down or up like a lot of other similar products have one in the past. Helps my posture while sitting at my desk for work. It has very little stretch so be mindful when picking your size.

Great until it wasn’t
Worked great and fit wonderfully until I bent over one day and felt something sting my back . One of the bands snapped on me and left a welt on my back from where it got me . I loved it otherwise that just hurt a good bit. The hold was great keeping everything held in . The zipper and everything held together . Helped sweat a lot which was great because half the time I didn’t even realize I was sweating until I took it off . I loved the style and how it pulled everything in . It didn’t look terrible under shirts either . Tighter shirts you could definitely tell your wearing it but it wasn’t super uncomfortable. So it wasn’t bulky just have to wear a tad looser clothing if your worried about somebody seeing you wear it .

Great quality…
I wear a 10/12 in pants. I ordered a Large, it fits great very snug. It’s a task to put on if you have some belly fat. Once you get it on, it’s comfortable, and doesn’t roll up or shift when you sit down. Supports the back, the material is breathable and a very good quality, with strong clasps and zipper. Holds the heat evenly, very flexible to wear during workouts or under clothing.

Almost didn't fit but did. Female, Weight gain & larger breasts
For anyone looking at the XL & XXL sizes for this waist trainer & aren't sure if the XL will fit you (i would size up to the XXL) (Plus you have 3 rows on that to tighten) Hello I'm 28 Female. 5FT5. Almost 5FT6 & currently on a weight loss journey again for the humpteenth time. Anyways. I have gained weight, & around 35 - 50+ lbs that I'm currently trying to lose. Current weight is 196-198 lbs fluctuating. My normal weight is about 139-155 lbs..... but since my current weight is 196 lbs i ordered the XL since i wear XL in clothes. when i opened the waist trainer I noticed it has the 3 rows of hooks PLUS the zipper. Upon unhooking it to open it up and puting it around my waist I got alittle nervous as it seemed to be an inch or more too small & i thought oh no maybe I should have ordered a XXL instead of an XL. I remembered when I had waist trainers years ago with the hooks like a bra hook i remembered when I first started dieting and waist training they were a bit difficult to get on & knew if i had to lay down to hook it then it was way to tight so I tried my first attempt standing up, i put it around me standing up with extremely straight posture while sucking in my belly alittle bit as I got the first hook on starting from the bottom once I got the first few hooks hooked it got alot easier, I slid down the waist trainer every little bit the further hooks I got done.. finally got it on. Now it's tight but comfortable tight, remeber I'm a beginner I haven't waist trained in years and have gained weight so it's going to take wearing it for a few days to a week to get used to it. I normally wear a shirt or tank top/Cami under my trainers BUT since I was so worried this wasn't going to fit and tried it immediately I put it on my bare skin & let me tell you this is the most comfortable feeling waist trainer I ever had being up against my skin, it feels thin but is hugging me all around where it's supposed too, it definitely made my waist look smaller, the material is more stretchy in my belly area when I breathe in and out as my other waist trainers from Amazon I remember were stiff, the wires in them (the bones) hurt my sides and it rolled at the bottom when bending & also the material didn't expand out with my belly when breathing making it easier for me to breathe while it is tight like this one. This one supports me all around. It doesn't smell bad & neither does the plastic it came in. I'll be buying another trainer preferably an adjustable sweat band one for workouts. As for the last part of getting this waist trainer onto your body..... its the zipper part after you get the hooks on (I'm on the 3rd loosest row of hooks "of course" (i honestly thought i was going to have to walk around with this waist trainer with leaving the zipper flaps hanging open or take a piece of tape and tape the flaps shut so I can atleast put my shirt down & so my shirts flat with the trainer flat under my shirt (that would be my fix if I couldn't get the zipper on for a week or 2 until I lost an inch or so in my waist to be able to zip it because that zipper wasn't going up...... AT ALL. It was not coming together. It was too small i needed an inch more room to be able to zip it. Lol But my solution to getting this tight zipper on was the one I didn't want to resort too & it wasn't getting it on standing up.... I had to lay down flat and it took me a few tries... I almost gave up but once I started the zipper at the bottom & then used both hands to pull the 2 parts of the material closer together to help the zipper go up that helped me tremendously. I had to pull the material in closer a couple times and once I got the zipper up a quarter of the way and then to the half way mark it was a ton easier to continue zipping all the way to the top. I've noticed you have to get it on and break it in alittle bit, let it stretch with your shape & your body, the longer i wear it standing & walking around, moving & making the material stretch a bit the easier it's becoming for me to wear this and I bet the easier it'll be to get on once you break it in a bit. There is one CON to this specific waist trainer is it is no longer comfortable anymore for when i go to sit down and the top of the waist trainer uncomfortably pushes up underneath both of my breasts & i noticed it as soon as i went to sit down on my couch. That im not sure how i can accommodate. I went from being thin & wearing a 34 B bra too a size 36 C after I gained all the weight but since then I've gained more weight and know I'm likely a 36 D cup now. So ladies the way to know if this trainer will be uncomfortable on your boobs is if you have bigger breast's, or if you can't jump up and down with NO BRA (only a T-Shirt & do legitimate jumping jacks without your breasts jumping a lotttt/hurting from bouncing around LOL this waist trainer does put pressure on them when sitting & im sure alot of waist trainers will do this for any women that have a chest... if you are anywhere near my weight or size I would get a XXL instead of the XL. You can always purchase a size down as you lose inches in your waist as this trainer is a lot more affordable than others I've seen & would be a good one to invest in buying smaller size as your waist gets small (i definitely wouldn't be buying those waist trainers that are $55-$85 bucks if I'm going to have to continue to buy smaller sizes as my waist gets smaller. But I won't be buying any smaller sizes yet until I get down on the last hook (the tightest hook) then i will put in another order for the size Large. But until then & until i can fit into it; it would be a waste of money. Waist training effectively & daily takes commitment, will power, & consistency to see real results just like going to the gym along with increased water intake, diet & exercise so now I'm going to have to incorporate that in myself. Easier said than done LOL. Goodluck to everyoneI will have to come back & update with pictures of my results of my weight loss journey & waist training journey. I'm going to come back in 1 month & log my progress & workout effectiveness & show what this trainer does to my shape. Thanks for reading. Hope this helps someone.

LOVE IT
I’m 5’11, wanted to shed a little extra since I tend to hold weight in my midsection I bought the XL because most people said it fit much smaller. It was a good fit to start with because it was snug enough, but I was quickly on the 3rd hook by end of first week and after 2 weeks I downsized to the LARGE. Probably could have downsized after 1 week. With the LARGE, I’m wearing it on the first hook and it was a little challenge at first to make sure it zipped all the way up but it is the perfect snug fit. So I’m actually glad I started with the XL, just didn’t need it that long. I recommend getting your true size because sizing down might be too small to start. However, everyone is different heights/shapes. Yeah you’ll probably buy another one but better than getting what is too small and you have to wait to even be able to fit to use it or break the hook and zipper.Good back support and stretch. I can move and breathe well in it. I don’t feel too constricted. Love the added thermal layer for extra sweating with my workouts and walks. I was also already intermittent fasting and not drinking alcohol, eating the right foods, etc… so that of course can speed up and add to your results. It’s an overall good addition to any routine you have. The only thing I don’t like is I get a little skin irritation at the bottom left side above my hip but I think that’s just due to a small layer pressing up on the bottom of the trainer. (Only reason I give it a 4)
