Someone recommend EMGs and i gotta sah These pickups freaking ROCK!! Tone is clean and raw sounding. Made my guitar sound new again. I love them! Highly recommend 👌

Active consistency with passive response, the Super 77's will punch through whatever style of music you play, and they can handle anything thrown at them from the heaviest of metal to the cleanest cleans. They have a warmer sound than is typical of pickups like the EMG 81/60 combo commonly used and are responsive like a passive pickup in that the harder you dig in, the more that will come through. If you back off on your attack, you'll notice the difference, whereas an EMG 81 generally gives you the same consistent output. Great pickups and I look forward to trying the rest of the Retroactive line.
