Worst experience from Amazon
Item was not compatible in my washroom yet amazon forced me to keep it. I humbly requested for replacement with smaller capacity but they keep iterating the policy crap again and again. Never ever going to order any household appliance from Amazon again. Beware before ordering.

Product look is good and having good features but heating is not too good. Water is not getting heated. A local quality geyser is heating more than it.

The media could not be loaded. The geyser is good but the hanging part at the back is made of plastic, that part should have been made of iron.Rest everything is fantastic, No water leakage, good in size, very easy to installation, 5star is energy efficient.

Very economically priced compared to similar products in stores. This model is probably not available in offline shops and products with similar features were costlier. So far there have been no problems with performance and the product has a very good warranty.
