I absolutely love these 8ft palm trees and I have had others, although if you are planning on using them outside in an area that can sometimes have high winds, they do not fair well. Two days after purchasing 4 of them they all broke in half. I love them so much that I resolved the issue by purchasing 1.25 inch PVC pipe and had it cut to fit at the hardware stored. I cut off the plastic insert piece in the bottom half of the palm tree. I taped foam around the PVC pipe and placed it into the center of the trunk. I secured the top palm tree piece with duck tape for extra sturdiness. I then used the brown decorative tape (provided by the manufacturer) to cover the duck tape for a nicer look. Works great! I have 6 of these and absolutely love them!!!

Got it February 4th lasted 3 months now dead. Doesn't light up Doesn't do anything. I'd say a waste of money. Update. Company is fantastic. Sent me a new replacement. THANK YOU.

The palm tree is in my lanai by our pool, but there is no way to anchor it to the floor. At present I have 2 bricks holding it down so it won't blow over, otherwise, we really like it and the remote control for all the colors is very useful......beautiful at night.

We bought this and a 7' "tree" to be used as Christmas decorations. They are better than we expected. There are multi-colored lights that can be filtered to one color or all colors with various strobes/timing/dimness and speed with a remote control to control it all. We really like these "trees." They were very easy to assemble.

This item is sad. Looks nothing like the picture. Do not purchase- so many others for the same price that look much better.

The last 6 foot lighted palm tree I ordered did not have the same lighting arrangement on the tree as the first 6 foot tree I ordered last year. I liked the lighting arrangement on the first tree, and did not like the lighting arrangement on the second tree. Both trees were in the same box, showing the picture of my first tree ordered. The first tree had bright green lights going up and down the middle of the branches, very bright and beautiful. It also had bright white lights already attached to the trunk part of the tree with an electric attachment between the two parts that you connect, and again the lights were bright and beautiful. The second tree that was sent to me was in a box with the picture of the first tree on the front, but it was NOT the same tree.Yes, it was the 6 foot palm tree with cocoanuts, and yes it had green and white lights, but the green lights on the top on the leaves were scattered around the leaves, not running up and down the middle of the leaves like the first tree, and were not nearly as bright and beautiful looking. The white lights on the second tree were not already attached wrapped around the trunk of the tree. I mean they were attached at the top with a twisty tie, but you had to manually attach them by wrapping them around the trunk, and again, once attached, were not nearly as bright or beautiful. So I'm telling this to let you know I really was NOT at all satisfied with the second tree you sent to me toward the end of April. I have recently contacted Starry-light.com who handles the shipment of these trees about this and have not received a final confirmation of their last correspondence. In their last email they sent to me, they proposed sending me a 7 foot tree with the correct lighting arrangement free of charge, and asking for a reply of agreement. I told them in my response that I did agree to this and did send them pictures of the order information and dates when item was sent on both 5/23/2023 and 5/25/2023. As of right now which is 11:43AM on 5/26/2023 I haven't received what I believe or at least hope is a response to my agreement. I do hope we get this resolved very soon.David Carpenter
