Tasty and effective
Great flavor and very gentle but effective at relaxation. Take 1 to relax, 2 for sleep. Though I've seen studies that use 1000-1200 mg for severe anxiety. You would have to build up to that dose for sure

I was unable to take over 3/4 of the bottle.
Very disappointed! The gummies were all stuck together in one big ball. I tried to return them and was told they could not be returned. I was able to pry off a few but the rest were in one big clump.

I think I cant go to bed without them - I seem to sleep so much better and deeper - I also love the gummies instead of tablet form.
