Great tablet/computer. A couple of small dings on the sides, nothing that affects it negatively. The stand still works great, and the screen seems brand new.Small issue with the touchscreen, but my IT support helped out in a timely manner. Looking good so far!

I run a computer shop and purchased this for a customer that was having problems with their existing surface pro. I received what others are saying in their reviews: cheap charger, no pen. Honestly not a big deal to me. This device ended up staying in the box for a few months since their original surface was still kind of working. Eventually the client did indeed need the replacement. They returned this surface the next day because it would not hold a charge for more than 45 seconds and it had a pretty bad screen flicker. I contacted Tech Venture Customer Service, explained the issue and the young lady I spoke with instructed me to initiate the return via Amazon. I did. Amazon support had to confirm the return / refund with the vendor then, after getting confirmation, supplied the shipping label. I shipped the item.. then I get a email from Tech Venture saying they received the surface but would not be issuing a refund. They said my warranty ran out 3 weeks prior to the return request. I went through all this with the original customer service rep and she ok'd the return. We've gone back and forth but they're sticking to their guns. So for $630 I get a junked-out surface pro that I could've picked up for $100 at a pawn shop or flea market. If you like to roll dice on your purchases then go for it. Otherwise look for a vendor that stands behind their hardware.

Great Product

The surface is great the only gripe i have is that there is either something wrong with the surface of the surface pen that came with the surface because I can pair the pen to the surface but the screen doesn't recognize the pen and I can't write or scroll or do anything with the pen besides use the eraser button functions. If someone could reach out to help resolve this issue I'd be very grateful and would give a 5 star review

Vendor was fast in shipping and the Windows tablet was useful

Several of the 6 we bought will not hold a charge for more than an hour or so, so we have to leave them plugged in all the time. Other than that, they're fine.

Bought as a gift for a small business and the touch screen did not work, pen was not include. There was small dents on the screen. All would have been fine and acceptable if the screen worked properly. I understand it is used but the touch screen was the only reason I bought this. Not to mention the finger prints all over the screen and back of the tablet, meaning it was not sanitized.
