I’m a bit caffeine sensitive. It leaves me either jittery and greasy when too much, or is too little to feel at all. This won’t change your life, but I use it with a combination of b complex, and a multi mineral everyday to keep up my work performance and I can actually feel it helping. As with many adaptogens, I find it best to cycle a month on and a month off because I seem to “adapt” and not gain as much benefit after consecutive months of use. Give riodiola or longjack a try on the off month of this potent combo. Capsule is a little larger than average but I don’t have any problems taking with a swig of water.

What a great product, I was needing more energy but didn't want it from sugary energy drinks and this worked so well for me. Also, it not being too expensive was a huge plus! Highly recommend.

Maybe too soon to do a proper evaluation but it’s easy to swallow, no aftertaste and so far seems to provide some improvement of focus & memory.
