Very poor container quality leading to plastic contamination
The plastic container/jug that contains the distilled water is of poor quality. Whenever I opened the cap of the jug or closed it, plastic bits were getting chipped. These small plastic bits would get poured with the water and contaminating the distilled water being used.Additionally, the the jug, lacking protective packaging, arrived dirty, necessitating cleaning before use.
