Quality of the wood is good and design is good
After a one month am writing the review.Bed is very good in quality .Kids are playing and happy for the space and model.Even adults can sleep in the lower tier.

Incomplete package, bad design, horrible assembly service.
The bed is extremely difficult to assemble. It has no channels or wheels in drawyers, and with the heavy weight of sheesham they almost impossible to open.The package is missing required screws and the assembler put it on us to find them. Once we found them, he refused to put them saying that they are incorrect size.Extremely arrogant people, they refused to take bed to first floor and my 9 old cousin and his mother carried it up. Shamefully he carried one or two pieces. He dumped all the waste material over plants in my garden.This has been a horrible experience. The screws were finally put by the mattress person, who said that the bed is not properly balanced.We are stuck because the assembly happened well after the return window.Compare this with a table and stools we bought from Home depot, where 4 people turned up, fixed everything, took back the waste packaging and cleaned up after completing the work.Please avoid unless you are interested in carpentry.

Ok With A Risk
The rating is just for the quality of wood. Not at all easy to assemble on my own, I had to hire a carpenter to do the job. The consignment was delayed a lot. The consignment was delivered with many cracks and broken too. I had to repair it. Overall satisfied but it was a significant risk and I won't go ahead in the future.
