It's very powerful and sturdy. My husband is 250LBs and the vibrations works great for his weight. it is easy to increase or decrease the workout length and intensity. Because of the different setting and low impact, he was able to use as part of the recovery from a back surgery. The plate is not too noisy, and light enough to move to any room in the house to watch TV while using. Seems to help with my circulation in legs.

After seeing one of these in my acupuncturist's office, I decided to invest in one. I use mine 3-4 times a week. It's very sturdy, and with the variety of programs, I am able to target different needs. I usually watch some tv while I am using the vibration plate and it's not so noisy that it interferes. I have been on a journey to improve my overall health, and I appreciate that this plate helps facilitate lymphatic drainage and addresses muscle tone and balance. I am gradually integrating different postures into my use of the plate and am happy with my purchase. I can absolutely feel a difference after using it. I was also happy to learn that many training facilities use these plates for professional athletes. This item was reasonably priced and well made.

I was excited to get this as it was my request to my husband for Christmas. I recommend following the manual directions before use. It is important to start at lower levels and gradually go up from there. Please understand that it does make some noise and shakes more as your level gets harder. This is normal as it needs to do this for its function. Although I have not had it for long, I have noticed that it has been beneficial to my health in that it has helped my circulation and digestion. I have not seen too much weight loss, but I have not worked very hard in this department due to a fall I had several months ago. It does say that it helps with injuries, however; I have had to wear my shoes that were recommended by my doctor when I use it because I was having prolonged pain in my ankle as I initially used it. It has gotten better with my doctor's recommendation for me as I wear my shoes. Overall, I do recommend it for better health, however; I am still not sure about great weight loss with it.

This plate is great! It’s more powerful than I thought it would be. It’s a good size and made a great addition to my home gym! If you’re looking for a great quality plate that feels expensive without costing a fortune this is the one, you won’t regret it!

This is such an amazing product! I love it. I use or every morning and evening to get my muscles jiggling and wiggling to start and end my day. This has made a difference for my body and health wise. I’ve been using the vibration plate almost daily for about 3 weeks.Pros: good starter plate to see if you like using due to low price.Cons: remote doesn’t work correctlyPlate is a bit small, if you have big feet, then definitely don’t get. But I would recommend looking at plate dimensions before buying one and get a bigger plateI can’t seem to get manual mode to work at allThere are nubs and studs in the plate where I suppose your feet should be. They are definitely uncomfortable if in bare feet.If sitting on the plate, it’s easy to accidentally turn the machine off, possibly due to the plate being small.I didn’t feel like sending back but I would definitely recommend getting a different plate.
